The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible in KIKI mobile app unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protect the privacy and security of your personal data. M/s KiKi Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “KiKi”) urges you to carefully read and review this Privacy Policy Statement before accessing or using this software applications that can enhance personalized well-being and elevate individual’s happiness that can help in the holistic emotional and mental well-being of an individual (hereinafter referred to as “KiKi”).
We are strongly committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information collected and/or collated by us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure that there is an intact charter to collect, use and protect any personal and/or sensitive data collected by us. KiKi analyses the data collected for analysing the individual’s mental conditions and provides support to the individual to enhance overall well-being and happiness. Rooted in behavioral science, positive psychology, and neuroscience, KiKi offers users personalized nudges throughout the day, encouraging meaningful actions that contribute to emotional, mental, and physical well-being. KiKi collects the GPS coordinates of the location where entry is being carried out.
Security and Protection of personal information
We value your trust in using KiKi and collecting Personal Information. We are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. KiKi will maintain adequate technical and organizational security measures to protect Personal Information. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
As a policy, KiKi secures the data collected; however, the confidentiality of personal information transmitted over the Internet will not be guaranteed. We urge you to exercise caution when sharing personal information over the Internet.
KiKi is not obliged to store your Information for a period which is beyond the intended purpose for which such Information was collected or submitted or to stay in compliance to applicable laws and KiKi Policies and Procedures.
Collection of Personal Information
KiKi enables the user to login using authorized mobile number on which user gets OTP to login.
“Personal Information” The user gets option to collect the personal information and other medical condition related information of the individual whose personal data is being collected to analyse the individual’s emotional and mental well-being. This information is collected as per the format designed by KiKi. The information includes the individual’s name, mobile number, age, address, job, daily routines, medical information etc. This may also include information regarding the family member, relative, partner, friend or any person related to the User in any way as provided by the User through KiKi. This also includes information pertaining to the racial or ethnic origin, religion or other beliefs, health etc. of a User, either as provided by the User through KiKi.
“Sensitive Information” means and includes any information of a person as specified under Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011, such as medical records, medical history, password; financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or any other payment information, physical, physiological and mental health information; sexual orientation; medical records and history; biometric information; and any other information provided to the Company for rendering service or for processing, storing under a lawful contract or otherwise.
“Technical Information” means and includes any information gathered through various technologies that may employ cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to automatically record certain information from your device through which you use KiKi. This technical information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device or browser type, advertising ID, Internet service provider (ISP), referring or exit pages, clickstream data, operating system. This data includes usage information and user statistics.
“Integrated Service Information” means and includes any information obtained through access to any other social media KiKi (Facebook, Google, etc.) integrated with the Company (if applicable). The Company may collect this information already provided in your integrated service account.
“Information from your parents/guardian” means and includes any information which is provided in a case where a child is less than 18 years of age and the data provided by their parent and/or guardian.
“Locational Information” shall mean and include the information obtained through GPS or other means, such as the geographical location of the user.
Collection of Non- Personal Information
“Information through use of our service” means and includes information which is procured through the use of our service, including but not limited to the kind of services availed, the feedback of the services, the information or consultation given by the doctors appointed by the Company, and the kind of services viewed and availed by you.
“Non-Personal Information” means and includes any information that does not reveal your specific identity, such as, browser information, information collected through Cookies (as defined below), pixel tags and other technologies, demographic information, etc. As is true with most KiKi, our KiKi gathers some information automatically when you visit KiKi and stores it in log files. When you use KiKi, we may collect certain information about your computer or system to facilitate, evaluate and verify your use of KiKi.
Intended Use of Personally Identifiable Information
KIKI will use the personal information you provide through KiKi to respond to your questions, have effective communication and to provide you with efficient service. After you have entered personal information into a form or data field on KiKi, KiKi may use certain identifying technologies to allow that KiKi to "remember" your personal preferences, such as sections of KiKi that you visit frequently and, if you choose, your login credentials.
KiKi shall collect, store and use your information in compliance with all applicable laws. You may always limit the amount and type of personal information that KiKi receives about you by choosing not to enter any personal information into forms or data fields on KiKi. Some of our online services can only be provided to you if you provide us with appropriate personal information. Other parts of KiKi may ask whether you wish to opt out or opt into our contact lists for offers, promotions and additional services that may be of interest to you. If opted to do so, we may use this information for marketing and promotional purpose. We may also reach out to you with response to any queries posted on KiKi.
Spamming
We do not support “spamming". In accordance to your preferences, we may send periodic emails to you if you have asked us to send you information, or if you have provided your details to us while registering for any of our promotional campaigns. You may choose to opt out of receiving marketing-related information through a link we include on emails you receive from us.
Disclosure and Sharing of Information
We do not rent, sell or disclose or share any information that we collect from you, with third parties, save and except in order to provide you services in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and as per the procedure prescribed by law and in compliance with our legal obligations. Merger or Acquisition: We may share information upon merger or acquisition of the Company with another company. We shall transmit and transfer the information upon acquisition or merger of the Company with another company.
With third-parties: KiKi may share the personal information with third-party, if it is required for further processing or connection to its business. During this time the information shared will be in accordance with the confidentiality agreement with the third party and applicable law for the intended purpose for which the Information was originally collected and shall ensure all such third parties comply with KiKi’s Data Protection and Privacy Policy and Procedure.

This Privacy Policy applies only to KiKi. KIKI may provide links to other KiKis, which we believe, may be of interest to you. KIKI is not responsible for the content on such KiKi, your access to such KiKi links, security of personal information that you provide or any information collected by that KiKi. The risk of accessing such KiKis is solely yours.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers with small amount of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from KiKi that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy, our services, and the use of it is governed by the laws of India and the courts in Ernakulam, State of Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes connected to KiKi or the services.
